In her new role, she will be responsible for providing and overseeing operational and administrative support throughout the company’s 24 offices. Nerissa started with the firm in 2010 as a part-time Support Specialist in their Leland office. She quickly transitioned to a full time member of the staff and took on additional administrative responsibilities, provided dedicated support for the agents, and became a closing coordinator to assist with transaction management. During her eight years in the Leland office, she also began training new Support Specialists and Closing Coordinators in other offices for the company. In 2018, Starkey transferred to the Wilmington-Autumn Hall office and was promoted to Senior Support Specialist. She continued her administrative functions and also served as assistant to Denise Kinney, President of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. “I tend to refer to Nerissa as my right-hand. She’s the glue that holds things together. Most importantly, she’s a friend to so many and someone that truly loves her job and our company,” said Kinney. “I am so excited to recognize her accomplishments and reward her with this well-deserved promotion.” As Administrative Director, Starkey will work with each of the company’s departments providing support and overseeing daily operations.
