I entered the real estate industry armed with one of the most important assets any real estate professional can possess - a great understanding of human nature. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work, I quickly connect with people from all walks of life and thrive on making a positive difference in their lives.

A North Carolina native, I have called Wilmington home since 1998. In addition to a wealth of local knowledge, I bring my trademark energy and optimism to every real estate transaction I conduct. I listen carefully to my clients' needs and strive to forge strong relationships while achieving people's real estate goals.

I am active in the community as a former member of the Board of Directors with the March of Dimes (and 5K race director), Novant Health Wilmington Marathon staff and Run Course Volunteer Captain for IronMan NC. I was also the head of the Girls On The Run program at WBS for 8 years. When I'm not hard at work for my clients, I enjoy running, laughing and spending quality time with my family.

Jen and the Katie Moore Team was a pleasure to work with. Jen seriously responded to all our questions and requests within 15 minutes - and we had a bunch. Our deal was a little difficult: buy a new home in a certain time-frame and sell the old one in the same period. When we'd get mad she'd bring us down to earth and everything came together perfectly. Our sale and purchase closed a couple of months ago and we still can't overstate what a good job she did. Thanks Jen!

Jen was great! As a 22 yo. first time home buyer, my family being 8+ hours away, and no home buying knowledge Jen really stepped in and taught me everything I needed to know. She always responded and was ready at moments notice. She even went above and beyond to come to meetings she didn't have to be at because she knew I'd be more comfortable knowing she was there too. It was such a pleasure to work with Jen! She made the relocation process from MD to NC completely stress free! There are not enough positive words to describe how Jen works with her clients. We were purchasing a home in Wilmington NC, coming from a very small town in New Hampshire. She lined us up with plenty of options to look at when we were able to find some time to go on a house hunting spree. She was very open and honest with us and walked us through the entire process; buying a home in NC is so much different from NH. We had an amazing experience with her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
